I created a fully detailed 3D diaper model to showcase Honest Company’s clean and conscious product design. The focus was on accuracy and believability—every panel, fold, and stitch was modeled to reflect the real construction of the diaper.
Using Houdini, we simulated the behavior of the diaper material under realistic conditions. This included fabric stretch, compression, and folding, ensuring the cloth behaved naturally when bent, pulled, or fastened. Special attention was given to how elastic areas and tabs responded to movement.
Fine stitching, seams, and fabric textures were layered onto the simulation to bring out the premium quality of the product. Dynamic lighting and motion passes emphasized the softness, flexibility, and fit of the diaper—communicating both Honest Company’s design integrity and its clean, conscious ethos.
